Prenatal Nutrition
Individualized nutrition support for those expecting. Prenatal nutrition is a critical aspect of a healthy pregnancy, as it lays the foundation for the developing fetus and supports the mother’s/birthing parent’s well-being. Proper nutrition during this period can help reduce the risk of complications, promote healthy fetal growth, and prepare the body for childbirth.
Some of the prenatal nutrition concerns that can be addressed:
Optimizing nutrition by trimester
Iron deficiency anemia
Support in navigating safe foods/supplements in pregnancy
General nutrition support for a healthy pregnancy
Postpartum Nutrition

From critical healing and recovery from birth and delivery, to the nutrition demands of breastfeeding, postpartum nutrition support can provide important interventions for your healing and recovery. There are several aspects of the postpartum period that benefit from nutrition therapy:
Nutrition strategies to support your milk supply
