Seed to Sprout Nutrition LLC is a culmination of my heart and passions: nutrition, motherhood, and providing support to others in the most important phases of human development: pregnancy, postpartum, and infancy. From growing baby, giving birth, recovery after birth to supporting breastmilk production, or getting back to your health and fitness goals, nutrition is a key component to taking care of yourself and your baby. Being pregnant, giving birth, and then feeding my son were all challenging and amazing in their own ways. Applying my professional knowledge to each stage made me feel empowered to make decisions for the two of us. My personal experiences fuels my desire to support other parents during these really important life phases.

Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology/exercise science
Washington State University - 2017
Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Exercise physiology
Registered Dietitian - 2018-present
Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
7+ years experience:
Providing medical nutrition therapy for infants, children, and adults, including antepartum, pediatric intensive care, general pediatric, and pediatric oncology units
Extensive knowledge on topics such as infant growth, food allergies, gastrointestinal complications, introducing solid foods, nutritional deficiencies, and more.
Additional Certifications:
Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (2022-present)
